The worst customer service that I have ever encountered... EVER! I purchased not one, but two fireplaces from them. Fireplaces are not cheap and I expected to receive a good product and good customer service, boy was I wrong! I didn't even get a service person to explain or show me how to operate these new self venting fireplaces. I have been calling and leaving messages since the end of October, but I haven't heard back. I just have a few questions and my messages are friendly but still, I haven't received a call back.

The fireplaces were installed poorly and the quality of the finished work was unacceptable, but I guess I have to accept it as I paid in full and now customer service has altogether disappeared and has not returned one of many phone calls that I have placed.

I'm so disappointed that Capo Valley Fireside is just another company that doesn't care about the customer, only their money.

Great products, great company, great work and most importantly, superb customer service.

I needed a part for my gas fireplace and Roger was the guy to see. He researched and found what other companies couldn't. Very knowledgeable staff and a showroom full of warm hearth fireplaces.

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy fire glass! Beautiful showroom, expert staff both in and out of the office, and excellent customer service. I would like to acknowledge Roger from the showroom in particular - he answered all of my questions, demonstrating not only great knowledge of the products, but also patience with my indecisiveness - they have so many colors to choose from! Very happy with my experience at Capo Fireside. 5 stars!

Being in the high end design business, I highly recommend this business for custom, high end products and friendly service. I send clients to their huge showroom for outdoor Firepits, BBQs, outdoor fireplaces, and fireplace accessories. They will even send a consultant out to your jobsite to help with the design. I can always trust the quality of products and service my clients receive. Just last week we finished an outdoor living area for a home in Laguna Beach that has a firepit, outdoor pizza oven and the homeowners are so pleased. I will keep referring my clients to them!
