Total Crooks. Scam artist. They take advatage of people that are in need of help and all they do it take thier money. Go to a reputuable bank. This is anything but that. It has no ethics. Says that talk with my lender when in fact they did nothing but take my money, and told me to sell my home. If I wanted to sell my home I would have done it without paying someone 1500.00 to tell me. I could have gotten that advice for free.
