There really aren't words for what La Studiop Yoga and the wonderful instructors have done for me in all aspects of my life. I started practicing Yoga at La Studiop in July 2008 and have since lost over 70 pounds, relieved so much of my stress, and started on a journey to a much happier and healthier life. The personalized instruction and intimate atmosphere at La Studiop makes it a wonderful experience for all levels from beginner to advanced. I have a new found love of my body, mind and spirit that I attribute to my practice. Sharing it with newcomers is one of my favorite aspects, so I hope I will see you there soon to start your journey!
