I’ve gone to Pacific Sales a few times for new Appliances and they are always helpful when I come in. I’ve only had good experiences with the customer service. All the appliances I have work great.

We were sold a floor model electric cooktop as a new discontinued model but it turned out to be a used returned cooktop with an electrical problem when it was installed. The large front burner couldn't be turned off without shutting off the breaker which is a fire hazard and the cooktop can't be used until it is repaired. The manager said it could be returned but that is a problem as the Quartz counter top was cut for the dimensions of this cooktop. We have purchased several appliances before and never had this problem. I guess they don't mind losing customers. Used items should be in the clearance section and not on the floor as new. This is fraud.

They price matched for me and then some, better quality products, nicer personnel and an overall customer service business.

I normally do not write reviews on merchants however my experience with this merchant was aweful. We ordered a very high-end range from them and they delivered a store demo with stratches and dent trying to pass it off as "new". We made them reorder a new one that took 2 months to deliver. When we did get the new one, they ordered the wrong backguard for the range so we are back to waiting for the part. Customer service sucks! No one is helpful or cares you are frustrated. Go somewhere else to buy your applicances.
