Used to go here all the time, we would eat dinner in the VIP and loved the place when it first opened. Then they got in trouble with the authorities and stopped serving liquor in the VIP and we switched to Cineopolis. Gave em another try this year but the staff continues to turn over and the youngsters they have now are just unpleasant. I don't know if they hate their job or just hate working but the notion of custimer service is lost on them. Going back to Cineopolis...they're not much better but at least the staff is not condescending (insert David here). And they have a greater selection of films and a full bar. Whoever is picking flicks for the VIP is obviously not watching the movies. Left 15 minutes into Hail Caesar last night...whatta snoozefest! Woke the wife up and went home to do something more exciting like watch the paint dry. I guess they put the worst movie in the VIP so they disappoint the smallest number of people. Won't return. The place has gone downhill.
