Mr. Stockton began his career with the national law firm of O'Connor Cavanagh (now Greenberg Traurig). Mr. Stockton has extensive experience in securities and real estate litigation, real estate lending and bankruptcy matters.   Mr. Stockton graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona, College of Law, in 1985.  Mr. Stockton is admitted to practice in the States of California and Arizona.  In addition to his extensive legal experience, Mr. Stockton also has practical business and lending experience, having   co-founded and served as a director and member of the audit committee of the Valley Bank of Arizona and the Stockton Trust Companies. Mr. Stockton is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Bankruptcy Sections of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona and the Orange County Bar Association.
