I went to Dr. Tiffany at her San Juan Office and not only is her staff unprofessional but she is one of the rudest doctors I have meet. She is not patient and caring like you would hope an OB would be. She is snappy and the few times I saw her she was in a bad mood. I have switched doctors now and am much happier. So do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

My main complaint is not with the Dr.s it is the staff. They are incompetent in every sense. They do not do any lab work at their office, so you have to make special trips to the labs. On one of my special trips one of the nurses failed to complete the paperwork so the lab turned me away. I called the office to get the information and they had no idea what I was talking about. Ultimately I did not do the lab due their mistake. It seems like there is no one in charge and you deal with five different people up front when you come in for an appt. Five different people who have no idea how to communicate with you or each other. I am finding another Dr.
