We dropped off a prescription and we were told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. We gave them an hour just to make sure. When we went back we found out that they had not even attempted to fill the prescription. They wanted us to wait another 30 minutes so they could fill it. After giving them 5 minutes they tried to give us an excuse that the system was down, yet we clearly saw they were using it when someone else dropped off a prescription right in front us. There are plenty of other pharmacies around the area. Even H-E-B would have called us up. We left all the information that was needed ahead of time, but they ended up being rude and did not bother to pick up the phone. If you don't personally know someone that works at San Juan Pharmacy, don't even bother going. They will not treat you right.
