Although getting our car repossessed was of course a stressful event, especially with it being over the weekend and having to wait til Monday to get it back, I must say Sylvia in the front office was extremely helpful and friendly. As well as the other employees that walked while we were waiting they all greeted us with a smile. I've seen all the negative reviews before picking up my car and was kinda nervous but thankfully our experience was different & everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Rude and unprofessional behavior ! They never let you know when to pick up the car and always make up excuses when you call on how they are closed. I tried since Thursday and they didn't let me get it till Monday by appointment, the men that work here are rude and it was two men telling me things when they picked up the car. I only put one star because I have to, but this place sucks!

Unethical and wreckless behavior

My wife had paid her car on time but nonetheless they wrongfully chased without proper identification or any paperwork. She almost got killed. Weaver should be cited and not to mention, they are not BBB certified. Also they damaged the car and charged outrageous prices.
