I start by organizing all of your business receipts by each expense. All this information is then put onto an easy to read Excel Spread Sheet. Eliminating the process of going over each receipt with your tax person. The information you need is recorded and calculated on your spreadsheet. All you have to do is hand the sheet to your tax person. You can mail your receipts to me via signature or tracking receipt mail. If your office is in the bay area, Santa Rosa to Santa Cruz, I can come to your office and enter the information into your accounting software. I am familiar with the accounting software below: Quickbooks, Quicken, Mas90, Peach Tree. Rates start at $35.00 per hour plus travel miles. Time does not start until I am in your office
