Bought a RAM 1500 Crew Cab Bighorn $3,000 less than in San Jose. I live between the two but a little closer to San Jose, so I took it there for service. They were very rude and even made me come back twice because they could not fix it first time. Next oil change I went back to San Leandro and got exactly perfect service. They felt so bad about what happened at the other dealership, they gave me my first oil change free for the extra miles I would drive to be a regular customer. I'm hooked and so is the rest of my family. My daughter is in college and she went there and paid cash for a little used Neon that runs perfect and was cheaper than any other exact match in the paper. Simply put, I trust them. Thanks guys!
