The building is renovated (new paint, landscaping) and the apartments are very large. I moved in about 18 months ago and my one bedroom place is approx. 800 square feet. Not bad for the price ($1650) and location in downtown.

Lots of families with small children so there is some noise, but so far no major issues like loud parties. The common areas & laundry rooms are always clean and the hallways get regular touch up painting so they look nice. There's a lot of small improvements all the time. I just noticed the area by the pool has new landscaping and the mail room was repainted last week.

Management live on site and are very helpful. Julie showed me the apartment when I first moved in and she's been super nice ever since. Probably the most helpful and professional apartment manager I've ever met. I took the time to write a review because she deserves the kudos!
