I moved here and it is not what I expected. First of all the Management is awlful. The current manager Jermae is an uncaring about her tenants. Doesn't address tenants problems, concerns are issues concerning their apt and envoirnment. She is nothing but a slumlord; just in it for the money. She cares nothing about the property or the tenants. There have been multiple breakins and she shows and is NOT concerned about any of this. Her management is deployable. Since there have been multiple breakins I think and feel the tenants should be notified. I was showed a model apt when I moved in; it looked great! I was not allowed to see my apt because it was still being worked on. When I moved in the apt was not clean, old out dated appliances, refrigerator not up to par. The freezer doen't keep my foods frozen. Brought to her attention. Man sent out said it was working fine when in reality it doesn't. Talked to many other tenants and they are experiencing the same problems. This Woman has to go. She is not capable of managing this property as it should be. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS! The manager is horrible! Please believe me in what I have written. I don't want anyone to move here and go through what I am going through and others. When I am financially able I hope and pray to be leaving here.
