I received a hot stone massage for 60 minutes today. I am very upset. My therapist were using stones that were too hot for him to even hold. After the first time of applying the stones immediately after placing oil on my back, I felt sudden heat and stinging. He had to keep picking up the stones rub once or twice and then put them back down because they were too hot for him as well. He's saying "hot hot hot" and making noises to indicate that his hands are being burned. The second time he used the stone, it hurt so bad! I asked him to let the stones cool for a few minutes and if they are too hold for you to hold, they're too hot for me. At this time I didnt know I suffered a 2nd degree burn. Toward the end of the massage, I was asked to turn over on my back and that's when I really felt a lot of discomfort and stinging. At the end of the massage, once my therapist left the room, I looked at my back. Please see the picture below. When I came out the room, I informed him that he burned me and he didnt say anything. I paid for my massage and he asked how much tip i want to leave because i gave him $60 to pay for a $50 massage. There was no manager on site but I plan on getting my money back because I shouldn't have had to pay and they fact that he didn't even address the situation when I mentioned that I have a burn on my back

I leave a 1 star for the atmosphere because although it's suppose to be a calm and tranquil place, the employees were speaking so loudly to each other (I'm in a separate room.)

The employee smoked marijuana in the store.I feel that this consumption is stupid.I will never come back!

I have been going here for several months and love it. The people are nice and the place is very clean. Most enjoyable experience.

My second time back. I've been out of town working. It's better than I remember. I'm on my feet 10 hours a day and when I leave there I feel like a new man. They really know what they're doing. Thank you.
