Hiring a mover can be shoot -- it can be unexpectedly costly, or worse. Having reached the point in life where I could afford movers, and had zero interest in finding friends to help, I asked around my neighborhood (Marina Del Rey) for recommendations. Shea came with very high recommendations, and I was not disappointed. We first hired them when my now-wife and I moved in together from our separate Marina Del Rey apartments. They were very upfront about costs, giving us a free estimation. When it came time for the move, they managed to take everything from two apartments, and deliver them to our new home in just a few hours. It was great. The guys really knew what they were doing and worked hard. They said they were going to take a 30 minute lunch break, and they were back on the job in 15. We were pretty much settled in by 2pm that day. And it cost just what they quoted us. No hidden fees or anything. We were so pleased, that when it came time to say goodbye to Marina

Hercules Moving Systems stayed true to their word when they promised and sold us on their moving crews and integrity. My parents used them for a move from Maryland to Oregon and raved about them and their office staff and how they handled all of their concerns prior to the move. We were very specific with what we needed and what we expected as far as pickup and delivery and they surpassed everything as promised. We have never written or posted reviews on ANYTHING, however, this was a special case and we felt the need for others to know and hear how great a company Hercules Moving Systems is, we know they had bad reputation but we decided to give them a chance and see how they do it and since it was budget friendly it was even better, and they performed a great service for my parents. Thank you Hercules Moving and definitely well keep the recommendations going.

Worst company ever! Would not trust them to take out the trash. My estimate doubled and they lost a box and won't write back. So livid!
