Mr. Ed Reinhardt. Police Service technician #1095 has been serving a great service to san Leandro city. He has found my dog today and call me right away and my dog has been reunited with my children that has bring lots of joys and happiness to my family.

We just want to say thank you to him for a great service to the city.

i found a lost blue nose Pitt that was hurt and cold, i tried calling and the phone just kept ringing for 15 minutes i tried again and no answer!!!!!! how are people suppose to help animals when calls are being ignored!!!! and the automated thing they got going on is retarted!!! if im in the street trying to help the dog i dont have a pen and paper just tranfer us to the dispatcher and save animals!!!! im so dissapointed and i hope this doesnt happen again!!!!
