Provided by YP.comSynergy workers have been a no show twice within two weeks! I have called them both times, and although they apologize, there is no follow thru to make an appointment happen.
PG&E uses them to do a home evaluation and suggest energy savings upgrades. I set an appointment where I had to be home for a 3 hour window. The day of that appointment, they called me and I confirmed the appointment time and that I was home. The woman said I should expect a call from the workers once they were on their way. I never received that call nor did anyone involved with Synergy communicate a problem the workers wouldn't meet the appointment. I called them and after being transfered 5 times, it seems the only explanation they had on their computers was I was a no-show. The reality is I was home at the specified time. Even if the workers arrived early, common sense would be to call me, but that didn't happen.
I was later contacted to set another appointment. We set a date and time and again, I was home during that time but received no communication from Synergy why their workers were a no show.
When I called Synergy to follow up, they said they had no record of an appointment.
I feel their information management needs a review and the person responsible for managing PG&E customers needs to show more accountability.
All I want is the appointment to occur as scheduled and they perform the expected service.
