Provided by YP.comI was just at the East 14th Branch and was treated rudely by the supervisor. The sign at the door indicated that the office was open until 6 p.m. I was in the lobby at 5:04 p.m. and was refused service. They either have to change the sign and post a different operating hours or give service to people. I knocked at the side service door. It opened only to get it shut in my face without an explanation or to give instruction.
