Provided by YP.comThe sign on the door said they open at 5. At 5:15 I called and the machine said they open at 6. When David D. (worker bee) arrived at 7 he simply said we don't have live bait. No apology, no good morning. We paid our launch and threw plastics that day. Later when we put the boat up. I went to the owner Eric, and suggested they change the voicemail message when they decided to sleep in. Eric got defensive and, proceeded to explain to me how the bait business is just like the car business, and why he's an expert. He said "I don't care about selling bait, I make my money off boat slit rentals". Eric repeated this 8 times, so there is no mistake and zero chance of a misunderstanding. He then proceeded to tell me that he doesn't care about people in which Eagle Point hasn't invested any time. I honestly couldn't believe this stuff was coming out of his mouth. I finally had to cut him off and walk out. I could only take 15 minutes of his rhetoric. Most of the locals won't go anywhere near Eagle Point despite the convenience. Since Eric made it so apparent thst he doesn't care. I'll never buy bait there again, and I live a few blocks away.
