All I did was ask for a cab for a woman whose car would not start. The man who answered accused me of calling the day before to ask for a cab to the same location.He repeated over and over again that it was me who called the day before.. When I told him that I did not call and it was not my fault that someone called a cab and did not wait for it, he became very agressive. He started to yell over the phone that it was me. This was the first time I called this cab company. I was very upset at the way he talked to me. He proceeded to accuse me of wasting their time.When I asked him if he was going to send the cab he said no, you take her. Which I did. This is not the way to run a buisness. I signed up just to post this because his reaction was uncalled for. Again, by far the worst customer service I have encountered.



Estoy de acuerdo.el que manda los taxis es MUY grosero.

Good drivers and cabs but the receptionist is very rude. I called and he was insisting very mean for me to give him my directions while I was not sure if I needed the cab now. Over all good except that guy.



Buenos taxis pero el que te da el taxi es muy grocero.
