Planned a trip to Italy with cooking class and wine tasting and a train. It went very well. excellent knowledge

To give a 1 star of disappointment is to good of a rating. Dianne Tuttle, Owner, was very unprofessional, highly unorganized, did not return calls, did not email invoices as promised. Misspelled common spelling names like Raymond, on travel reservations. Refused to process cancellations as requested for my wedding guests. She did not disclose of any cancellation fees until she was fired. Even when requested in writing for a cancellation she refused to cooperate. Guests had to dispute charges with their banks and credit card companies.
