I had TWO visits and TWO bad experiences. As far as I am concerned, they are only in it for the money. I will NEVER go there again.

I truly believe the care offered at Animal Care Clinic is the best. I am an employee at ACC and have worked at other hospitals. The doctors and management team go above and beyond to provide an excellent work environment and to offer the best for every pet and every pet owner. Every employee is trained extensively - I don't know of any other practice in SLO County that offers such an excellent in-house training program and expects so much of each employee. I feel blessed to work here and love being able to be involved in caring for pets the way the pet would want to be cared for. We use the motto that we are here to help "nurture the bond between people and their pets" and it is true. I wouldn't take my own pets anywhere else.
