Absolutely lovely support staf...

Absolutely lovely support staff. If you are unhappy with your work, he's willing to fix it. However, the problem will not be fixed and he will act in an arrogant manner as if he's doing You the favor. I don't normally write reviews, however, I'm in pain and I don't want others to have the same experience.
