Cuesta College, founded in 1963, and located in San Luis Obispo, Calif., offers lower division academic transfer courses; vocational and technical training; short courses; continuing and distance education; and day and evening classes. The college is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and College. It offers a range of degree and certificate programs in agricultural technology, architecture, emergency medical technology, electronics and computer, biology, engineering, fashion design and merchandising and broadcast communications. The college also provides student support services, including academic and vocational counseling; art gallery and children's center; student newspaper and radio station; health center, and career and tutoring centers; library learning resources and student development activities. Cuesta College also has the Hollister Adobe Museum on-campus for students.
