If there was a way to give ZERO stars , I would. We were referred to G&E from Electrolux since our refrigerator was still under warranty and broke after 1 year. It took a 8 days from the original call for them to come out for the first service. 5weeks went by with several calls to both ELectrolux and G&S and it was determined that parts had not even been ordered yet. We are now 6 wks w/o a refrigerator.

The office assistant Rosie will give you the run around, and no new information, and a ton of attitude (Even when Electrolux called them, they had similar issues). I had to use my mom's name just to get past her, since it was always convenient that "no one was in the office to help" me when I called. The service technician Bill is rude, arrogant, zero customer service, and also dodges calls. The owner, Bill, seemed nice at first, but told me on the phone that they make no money on these repair calls, so they cannot drop other appointments, thus the low priority. STAY AWAY !
