This company could not be more unresponsive. I would give them zero stars in this review (or even negative stars) if that were possible. Here's why:
Their billing statements provide a phone number and extension to call with billing questions. It does not provide a "previous balance", a service date, the service provider or what the service was. Just an "amount due" that I am expected to accept at face value and pay with no explanation. I called seven or eight times over a period of ten days and NEVER had a live person answer. I did get a voice mail message saying to leave my number and I would get a call back in 24 hours. I left eight messages and only got one call back. Unfortunately, I was not home at the time to receive it. In the past I have asked to speak to a manager and was denied. I asked for an appointment to come into their office to review my bill in person and was told they do not do that. GOOD GRIEF! This is frustrating.
Good luck if they are your medical billing company. If you have similar problems, I would suggest notifying your medical service provider.

I very much agree with the previous post. I have tried paying bills received from this company and it is next to impossible. I have left messages stating that I would like to pay my bill, but do not receive a call back.They do not provide a good service to the doctors for whom they bill. I just received 2 bills for services provided in May of 2015. (Today is Oct of 2016). I was not able to reach anyone to pay these bills.
