Don't ever use the Grooming Department of this Petco. When my cavalier got dropped off and instructed not to trim any of her hair....they had the nerve to do a sanitary trim when instructed not to! The instructions were given to the Manager....if she can't follow instructions or her staff they have no business grooming dogs! Anyone who knows this breed will tell you they aren't to be trimmed.....cancellation in the show ring! Now my girl is ruined! The manager took the instructions and asked if we wanted a "sanitary trim" and was told NO! This isn't the first time they didn't follow orders...but to cut the feathering! WOW! When we called back to complain the manager said they had some new employees and would refund our money. This doesn't make up for their error and unprofessionalism. Never again...my business will go elsewhere! Would love to give them no stars but had to click to post.
