Prices vary too much - even for this volatile gun buying climate. Looked at a 1911 a week ago, when I returned to purchase it, it was gone - this is typical and I do not hold them responsible for this. But after waiting nearly 20 minutes and seeing two idle employees, I was a little put off - but still, those employees may not have been qualified to make a sale - still no dings for that. When I finally did get an employee to help me, I asked if they could get another 1911 of the same type. The employee went to their computer after a lackluster attitude, clicked the mouse about four or five times and said "no." Not "No, I'm sorry." Or "no, but give me your contact info and we'll try later," but simply no. Funny, I'm a qualified computer hardware tech and I can't even get to a website in five clicks, much less research a price. It saddens me since I steered some high-dollar customers their way. I don't think the owner would condone the treatment I got, but I've spent thousands at Range Master but that's now in the past. I'll not go to their 'too big for their britches' shop again - I'm sure they'll still get by with their LEO business, but I'll not be recommending them to anyone again. I'm so sorry to have bothered your employee with my business - I'll go elsewhere from now on and leave your employee to his facebook page or whatever he was looking at - it certainly couldn't have been price research in that amount of time.

Prices change from day to day. A quote from one person to another is not honored. I've been a customer for at least five years and think they've gotten too big for their britches. I asked for a price on a 1911, it changed in a week and they even denied their ability to get the RIA 1911 they'd had the week before, even though I could order it online. I think their employee was probably goofing off while he supposedly searched for my products' availability. How can one determine product availability from multiple sources in less than a minute. It makes me sad since I steered so much high end business their way. So long range masters, you lost me.
