Worst customer service experience ever. Dropped off a King comm radio 97 for repair, had the same brand and model repaired by them in the past. Called them a week after dropping it off and was told the owner/technician was away at training and would work on it when he got back. Two weeks later I called to inquire and owner told me he could not get parts for it. When I showed up to pick up the radio he said his bench repair technician quit. I asked him why he did not call me to come and pick it up and he said "I am busy". So now I have a radio down for three weeks and still not repaired. I think we should all do this business a favor and start taking our business elsewhere to give him some extra time to provide service to his customers. I suppose he get one start because he did tell me to "have a nice day" as I was walking out the door.
