I purchased a Lennox furnace to replace my existing unit. The Comfort Specialist who visited my residence was prompt, on time, no pressure in explaining the Lennox furnace and how the Costco program worked. He followed up in a couple days to see if I had any questions. I did and they were answered satisfactorily. The installers arrived promptly, professional attention to detail in completing the job. They answered my questions about the installation process. Action Air has serviced my furnace and AC in the past and have always been professional.

Action Air replaced my old furnace and air-conditioner last week and I am very happy with the results. The installers and sales staff were very knowledgeable,efficent, friendly and cleaned up each day before they went home. They spent 3 days at my home doing the work and I would use them again.

After seeing the Action Demo at Costco - I scheduled an in-house consultation. Tony Arena was prompt, efficient and very helpful in explaining funace products, differences and what products were appropriate for my needs. He was available for follow-up questions. The instrall crew were on-time, friendlly and left my house cleaner than when they arrived (they vacuumed!). I purchased the funace and they provided all the paperwork needed to apply for rebates programs. Thanks Action Air!

I dont know what i would do without these guys. I love my AC and my AC loves Action Air
