I have lived in Hacienda for two years now. Overall it is ok BUT recently they have began replacing the carpet with ULTRA LOW QUALITY carpet. I now hear EVERY footstep, cabinet door close, toilet flush, etc. from the neighbor upstairs! I had no idea how noise affects the quality of life! AVOID until management upgrades......
