Decided to pop into Petco a few days ago and ask questions on a few lizards, at first customer service was very helpful! About 20 mins later I started to change my mind and wanted to purchase a guinea pig, the lady who had first helped me seemed to disappear. I walked all over the store in search for her to help including customer service called her to the front and there was no show. Then a family started to view the guinea pigs and wanted the one I had been looking forward to getting. still I am looking for this women. As soon as the family showed, they got someone in a snap of a finger. I had to interrupt that I would've already purchased the pig 15 minutes ago if I had found someone. Luckily because of my interruption I ended up with the one I wanted but came very close to not getting her because the lady disappeared on me.
