I took the Professional Cake Decorating Series a couple of years ago and am so grateful that this was available to me. She is a wonderful teacher and I am so happy I was able to attend. :)

You need to visit Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio! It is like Eye Candy when you walk in.....so cute and filled with tons of supplies for anything cake! Ro carries a huge variety of items, from the best tasting fondant, Fondarific, to the new Circut machine. (my favorite)

Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio offers all kinds of classes too, and not just cake decorating. I took Ro's first cake decorating classes, a series of three through Palomar. She is a great teacher and she loves to share her craft with everyone! As a teacher, I can't express how encouraging Ro is, so willing to help us with anything, even cake disasters on the weekend:)

And, Ro brings in celebrity cake designers to teach workshops, I took a workshop with Colette Peters who has been on the Food Network Cake Challenge numerous times. James Roselle will be teaching in July...so excited!

Also, If you haven't been there recently, the shop space has doubled in size to accommodate all the most current supplies for cake decorating on the market.

I've been to the other shops, and Ro Z's is the most up to date, current, on trend with their supplies and classes.

Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio is a wonderful addition to North San Diego County. Still growing product wise, there is great potential for the shop to carry every essential pan, cake decorating supply and baking product there is. The owner is very charming and engaging, and is very helpful with ideas and assistance on how to use the products and how to apply them. Every cake decorator in North San Diego County now has an alternative to online ordering, paying pricey freight, and doesn't have to drive an hour or more to find what they need.
