My boyfriend and I mived in here six months ago, and we're trying to get out. The first month I did spot 2 cockaroaches, but never saw any more after that. However, There are a lot of brown spiders with large fangs (ew!) and daddy long-legs here. Long story short, if you're afraid of spiders, this place will be your worst nightmare. There are a lot of rules and fines here as well, not to mention very strict guest parking (only certain spaces in the back are approved for guests, and they still need a guest pass IN the car!). There is also quite a bit of crime here, and scarily enough, they've all happened during the middle of the day. I would say the only nice thing about this place is the built-in storage areas- one in the hall between bedroom and bathroom, and one in the bathroom. It really comes in handy, since the spaces are small. If you can help it, dont live here. Really not worth it.
