Excellent service. Took time to explain issues and offered solutions.

I received laser hair removal treatment as a gift from my husband this past July. I was very happy about it and could not wait to start the treatments. But I was also very nervous because I had tried laser hair removal treatment in the past with a different dermatologist and it did not work. My experience here with the Dermatology Laser Center and Spa was GREAT, from the ease of scheduling to the very friendly and experienced employees and best of all the end results of the treatments. My first few treatments were done by Laura Diaz and she answered all my nervous questions and was very kind. She even helped me get my son in for a consultation. My last few treatments were done by Candace Gray and she was just as informative, friendly, caring and she really knew her stuff. The end results feel so good, I am no longer in the mirror everyday with tweezers worried about what hair has grown in. I did 8 treatments in total and I could not be more pleased with the results. Thank you!

Had the Hydofacial with Dermaplaning. Candace is amazing! she explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. I will certainly be back.

I see Dr. Rodriguez and Emily for all of my dermatology needs. From cancer screens to Botox, they always take their time and answer all of my questions. I have been visiting for around 10 years and have always had the best service.

Laura Luna the nurse was also kind and thoughtful. Laura seemed to anticipate what Emily needed which helped make my visit shorter. I "really" appreciate that.

Dr. Rodriguez and her staff are so welcoming. She really listens to you and resolves any issues. I had a procedure today, and Dr. Rodriguez and Laura were very informative through the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable. I was well informed of after care required. I went home knowing if anything did arise they will be there for me to help! Thats service and comfort you do not see a lot of now days. Thank you to Dr. Rodriguez and her staff.

Everyone in this office, from the front desk, to the nurse Laura Diaz to Dr. Rodriguez, to checkout is absolutely amazing!!! Their professionalism, along with their kindness is unparalleled! They make sure you know that you matter. I felt totally at ease with everyone, as if I've known them forever and wasn't even nervous about the procedure I was having done.

I have been coming to this office for about a year and have seen both Emily and Dr. Rodriguez and have never had a bad experience. They always take the time to listen to what I think and really do listen at any questions or concerns I may have. They both make me feel like I am a part in my health and always make sure I understand everything that is going on. Not just them, their staff is awesome as well. From the time you walk in the front door, I feel like I've known them for years!!

I've had 3 major cosmetic procedures done by Dr. Rodriguez. I was happy with the first one, but the last two were a waste of money. She was too conservative with the procedures and they didn't do a lot to enhance the areas she worked on. And she wasn't willing to listen to my concerns. I'll not be going back to her. I've spent enough money for little return.
