Provided by YPmobileThe check in process went smoothly, the front desk attended everyone that walked up pretty quickly, everyone knew what to do, they were cordial and quick. My husband complained of the wait time to be called back but I didn't think it took too long. He wasn't feeling well and wanted to get it over with so I understand but it is the busy season so I expect a little wait time. My husband took a little longer than expected for the scan so plan on spending some time.

Provided by YP.comVery upset with ARA!!!! After I kept them abreast of everything that was happening regarding my bill. Waiting on the VA to pay but had to file an appeal. We all know the VA is SLOW!!!! What did ARA do... ??? Send me to collections! Thank you!!! I see this is how you treat VETERANS!!! !! If I had a choice I would NEVER go to ARA again!!! I have spoken to several different people and always got the same response! WE CAN'T HELP YOU WE WANT OUR MONEY!!! SMH

Provided by YP.comMy 2 year old daughter needed some tests done. She is usually behaving like a typical 2 year old in those situations and I prepared for the worst. The x-ray tech was amazing! She made the process fun for her. The next day my daughter told me that she wanted to go back again.

Provided by YP.comI got great treatment at ARA. When my CT was finished, I opted to pay my bill in full because I don't have insurance. ARA offered me a 55% discount for paying in full at the time. Two techs reviewed the charges, passed it to a third sitting at the computer. She looked it over and I paid the bill in full. Several days later I received a bill in the mail for an additional charge of $67.54. I called to ask about it and the woman I spoke to couldn't really explain. She first said they had quoted me a price that was too high. I said that sounded like they owed me money so she changed it to we gave you too much discount. My paperwork showed the 55% discount. She insisted I owe the money because it is the patient's responsibility to pay. The total price was still not bad but this felt like shady business practices to me and I told her that. I don't think the billing department should be able to change the price after the bill is paid.
