Provided by YP.comI rented two rooms and one of my men smoked in the room which he was wrong but the charge was $500.00 excessive and I understand some extra cleaning had to be done but this is unfair. Other than this problem the room was ok. The staff was not very understanding of the company position. I am trying to book two rooms in Gatesville Texas and will not use Best Western because of the very excessive charge in Marble Falls.
