Provided by YP.comUnlike the other reviewer, I have not had any major issues. My fiance and I were some of the first to move in to the new complex (moved in the day they opened). Like most complexes in the city of San Marcos it has some noise issues in areas and students are a little crazy and disrespectful (many broken beer bottles in parking lots on weekends)- however, I have heard it is better than most complexes. All of our issues have been resolved quickly, in fact usually the day of a submitted request. It is a bit pricey compared to other complexes, but the proximity to the major roads, full size washer and dryer in each unit, and less than the average number of TX State students were worth the extra monthly cost to us.
A big thing I have to complain about is the noise around the complex/crime, and why I only gave 4/5 stars. The train is really close by, highway 80 can get loud, some sketchy action happens along the river from time to time, and Southwest Golf Range stays open past their posted hours with their music really loud (we can hear it IN our unit). We have called to ask them nicely to turn it down and they say "We are outside of city limits so we don't have to" and the decibel level read at our unit is 82- cops will only step in if it reads 85 at the property of those calling in.

Provided by YP.comThis is by far one of the worst places I have ever lived. They advertise luxury apartment living and it's not, these apartments are run of the mill and are built SO cheap. I lived here with my boyfriend for 9 months, when we moved in the bathroom cabinet fell off the wall, door henges are missing screws and not to mention they didn't let the paint dry all the way before leasing therefore the doors stuck and and paint increasingly was removed everytime anyone opened and closed the doors for the first few days. Maintenance took so long one time to fix our leak in our bathroom that our water bill was over $150.00 for one month. Here's the best part DO NOT ALLOW anyone visit if they have a dog, not even for a few minutes, or hour or so. If they see it expect a $100.00 fee and you can not argue it they will take the money out of the deposit that was left to sign the lease. Overall management is not the most helpful and when you ask for there supervisor Julie Hudson she apparently decides herself if it's an issue she chooses to call you back about. I have left a few messages on her voicemail since she is never in her office and yet I move out the end of the month and no returned calls from any issue throughout my 9 month lease. GO ELSE WHERE they just upped rent payments.
