Great deal and great help

Me and my fiancé went to this shop hoping to get a good deal with what we were looking for. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff and management and were automatically helped. We ended up finding what we wanted and got it for a good deal as well as some accessories. I recommend this pawn shop over any other ones in san marcos as they actually said hello when we walked in the door and they treated us in a professional manor

I would not recommend this place to anyone, they took advantage of my disabled , son, he went to retrieve his merchandise 33 cents, short, but had all the rest of the monies, so he had to drive back to San Marcos, from Lockhart, on other day due to no gas monies, this was all before the time of losing for non-pmt.,then had him wait from 4 in afternoon till closing because they could not find his merchandise ,then they made him leave,(owner Travis, cussed at him),the place w/o his merchandise, gave him back his monies, escorted out by police, they handed him a criminal trespass report. he is not even allowed to try to get his merchandise back, they kept, it or they said they lost it, and that had never happened before, I wonder, or was it they just took the disabled for a ride. This review would not allow me to input w/o on star, but do not disserve on star, either.
