Provided by YP.comhad my car repaired at Chuck Nash in January 2018. In July 2018 my check engine light is on so I call. I speak to someone in the service department. The tone I received was very condescending & like I was bothering them with my questions. I left a message for the service tech who help me in January (George) & no return phone call. I called again the next day & left another message. No return call, so I called again later in the day & was finally able to speak with George who was very short with me & again almost like I was bothering him with my questions or concerns. He wouldn't even give thought to the diagnostic code I recieved from OnStar, which was the same code I received when I took my car to them in January. When I called the day before the girl I spoke with was asking if I had a code from Onstar but today it doesnt matter. 🙄. I have an appointment to take my car in next week & I dont even know if I want to do that & endure the rude, condescending treatment. Very disappointed because my first encounter was great.

Provided by YP.comWhen service was complete on my vehicle my service Rep was asking aground for the owner. I feel like there was no personal customer service. I'd like to know that my business is appreciated and made to feel comfortable when bringing my vehicle in. Also....shouldn't my Traverse at least get a complimentary vacuum?

Provided by YP.comThe car salesman (Eddie Gibbler) lied to my face and my husband's face, telling us we had financing for a car that we did not have financing for then proceeded to tell us we had to get insurance on this vehicle. He gave us temporary plates, had us leave our trade-in and all, then we played phone tag for a few days under the impression that we needed to take care of a few last papers when in actuality he was still trying to find financing for the vehicle. Long story short, I was out almost $300.00 for the insurance he told us we had to get on "our new car" and nobody at the company, general manager and all gave a rats a*s that he lied and that my husband and I lost money. Do not go to Chuck Nash!!!

Provided by YP.comI went to Chuck nash and after doing all the paperwork, I got my vehicle, got insurance on it (which costs $280) and left with my "new vehicle". I was told that I absolutly could not leave with my "new vehicle" without insurance and to come back Monday to finish a few papers. So I got a call on Monday asking me to come on Tuesday. I came in on Tuesday and they tell me that they cannot give me the vehicle. So now, I have to go find my trade in, take everything out of the vehicle I was told was mine and get back into my old car and go home. That's not the worst part....Now I cannot get my money back for the insurance I was told I had to have for the car that "belonged to me". Because of the dishonesty of the dealer, I'm out of a lot of money and really nobody cares except me. They care way more about selling a car then they do about the customer and they will lie, steal, and cheat to make that sell. How the customer comes out in the end is not important to them. If you can, go to another dealership.

Provided by YP.comI recently had service work completed on my Oldsmobile Alero at Chuck Nash. After spending $600 on a sensor that required taking my dash apart, my dash began peeling away on the top. I took it back to have them look it over to see if the mechanics had perhaps not put the dash back together snugly, I was informed it was not their fault and it would cost a pretty penny to fix it. I felt like after spending $600 on my car at their shop, they could have been more service friendly and at least offered to glue it back on or made an attempt to "tuck" the part sticking up back under. It just seems too much of a coincidence that my dash started peeling back as soon as I got my car back. They "hinted" that using Armor All had most likely caused the glue to disintegrate. I didn't say anything, but I have never ever used Armor All on my dash. I will not take my car back there.
