Olga V. has been cutting and coloring my hair since 2007. She is the only stylist I trust to do my hair. When I lived two states away I would make a personal trip every three months to get my hair done by her. She has excellent customer service, patience, and above all knowledge. The scalp massages at the shampoo-bowl almost put me to sleep every time. She does not pull on my hair the way other stylist have. If I have any questions she will give her honest opinion and detailed answers. I recommend her to everyone! She works in the San Marcos Fantastic Sam's.

Do not go to Fantastic Sam's, the past three experiences have been horrible! My hair has been cut uneven and I've had to go back to get it fixed but after getting it fixed 3 different times (twice in San Marcos and once in Taylor) it was shorter than I wanted it, it was a little above my shoulders, not the cut I wanted or thought I would leave with in the end, all I wanted was a trim on my hair that was half way down my back but I couldn't do anyhting about it, it was done and I let it grow out for six months without a haircut since then. So after six months of letting my hair grow out It was now past my shoulders not as long as it was before. I decide I'll go to Fantastic Sam's in San Marcos there's a stylist, Karmena, who has cut my hair before more than once and has always done a perfect job but she was off the day that I needed a trim really bad already and I decide to just let one of the two stylist trim my hair, I tell her I'm only wanting a trim, half an inch off, she sure didn't take half an inch off my hair I've been growing out for six months! my long layers were choped up the shortest layer was cut way up above my ears around my head, the length is uneven, none of the layers are blended in and it isn't even a style, I don't know what she thought she was trying to do after I told her I don't want a short layer on the top-do not elevate the layer any highger than a 90 degree angle at the crown and after I told her I just want a trim I'm trying to grow my hair out after it was cut to short previously. She obviously didn't listen. Now I'm getting extensions for the first time until my hair grows out again. I was very dissapointed, going to a stylist who doesn't know how to cut hair after telling her what you want and how you want it precisely.

I came in on sunday and there was two styles there and I was waiting to get my hair cut and one of the styles went on lunch and the other one swept up the hair from the other customer and then went to the back and ate her lunch and did not even offer to cut my hair so I walked out
