Get drivers to be customer friendly need lessons or training. Outlets to charge phone are not working several passengers asked driver he said no power... but previous driver turned switch on and it was working fine. This driver needs to just try the freekin switch!!! Lazy drivers.. we were told bus leaves in five and we have been sittin in bus for over 20 minutes. 9:38 pm.. bus # 6532 heading to Dallas!!
