My boyfriend gave me perfume for valentines day and as I opened the package and sprayed it on my arm he realized it was not the right scent he had chosen. He had told me when the associate, whom was actually a manger grabbed the wrong perfume he told her I don't believe thats the right one, annoied at him she insisted it was the scent he had liked best, thinking she was correct he paid and left. We went back to exchange it and as my boyfriend explained the situation he was quickly cut off by the associate who said, so which one do you want and he told her. She explained she would have to go to the back to check for it and then rolled her eyes and told her coworker she would be back. I was completely mortified by their lack of customer service and rude behavior. I have made a career out of retail and customer service, I was not pleased by these workers attitudes.
