This Verizon Wireless store tells you one thing and does another just so you can get sucked into upgrading or offering you something new for free. But it's really not FREE. Got my bill and was charged tremendously, my bill went from 286.00 to 481.00, almost a $200.00 increase. I will look elsewhere when my contract ends on all lines. I don't need to be wasting my money with Verizon Wireless anymore.
