I agree, if you are lucky enough to see Dr. Williams, you will be 100% happy and impressed with the service. I heard a rumor he may retire and this makes me extremely sad.
Front desk manager's manners and demeanor with clients leave a lot to be desired. It was all I could do to remain polite and calm in my discussion with her this morning. I don't think I've ever been spoken to like that before at a vet's office. It is not ok to raise your voice when speaking to customers. She's clearly very excitable. The rest of the staff is friendly and pleasant.

I got by dog fixed there. I was not asked what kinda of stitches I wanted him to have which is common although they gave him the kinda that will disappear after awhile and after everything I have told them about my dog any vet would have opted for normal stitches. The next day I wake up and his stitches are gone. Which is not too strange cause he cleans him self more then a regular dog and he play rough with our cat who is his best friend. but cause it is saturday and they are closed I have to take the dog to banfield at petsmart who were so nice and i had a complete opposite incounter with them the William or Sebby. My dog who is normally petrified of the vet and men do to past owners warmed right up to the vet and his assistants. They were able to glue him right up. Although they charged me which was fine cause it was there first time seeing him. They also suggested a cone for the dog would be a good idea which he now has on. although my dog being the rascle he is was able to some how re open his wound sunday and I taped it up in hopes that today monday morning I could take him back to the vet and they would fix it one last time and all would be good. So I take him in and I explain what happened to the people in the front who understood and remembered him which was shocking cause they never seem to remember us which is all around bad customer service when your talking about someones pet/a member of the family hell the petsmart people remember him when he comes in ever blue moon. I then when I get in to see the vet he ask me nothing doesn't even bother to read the chart about what has occurred over the weekend and glues what has reopened up. then has the never to tell me the stitches are still there and in there he just opened part of it up when on Saturday it was more the obvious they had disappeared already and the vet at banfield even said that. then on the way out had the nerve to charge me a for a revisit for something that shouldn't of happened in the first place. hell banfield just charged me for a visit that was it but a revisit charge really you didn't do hit you didn't ask me about anything you cut me off when I was trying to tell you something. they ripped the make shift puppy band-aid I put on it off and told my dog to shut up and stop whimpering cause it hurt. I am more then dis-tainted right now I will never go back there. Whats said is I have received better treatment of my animals in Houston where i am from. In Houston they saw just as many patients as thew do out here and whats said is the people in Houston at least remember my animals names ad my name let alone are able to remind me when I walk-in and tell me if one of me other animals need to be updated on there shoots where if I just walk in there they don't ever even inquire to how my pets are doing. they are so cold and ruined it is unbelievable. Trust me on my next visit to the vet for my pets they shall be going to banfield some place that treaties my animals like I do and not like they are just a pay check.

one vet great one awful bad office staff

I have used this vet when only Dr Williams was there. I will say he is #1 in my book's! But now he is never there you must see Dr Sebby, who has diagnosed 2 of my animals wrong. You must get past the office manager who just so happens to be Dr Sebbys wife. The office is completely over booked. Dr Sebby rushes in then rushes out. I will say if you are lucky enough to see Dr. Williams you will be 100 percent happy he is the only
