Huntington Middle School is an educational institution that provides a variety of learning opportunities for more than 700 students. It is a California Distinguished School and United States Department of Education National Blue Ribbon School. The school serves students in grades six through eight. Huntington Middle School s academic curriculum includes English, math, history, social science and physical education. It also organizes classes in technology education, visual and performing arts and foreign languages. The school offers special education programs for gifted and talented students. Huntington Middle School also has a library and media center. It provides counseling services, as well as operates arts, drama, music and study skills departments. The school also conducts various sports activities, including football, basketball, softball and soccer. Huntington Middle School has parent-teacher association. It is a part of the San Marino Unified School District, which operates elementary, middle and high schools.
