I just moved into a new house in Pasadena and had a security system installed by San Marino Security. My sister has used them for years and has always been pleased with their service and professionalism so I decided to use them as well. Jim did a walk thru with me and gave me various options that would fit with my budget. The installation went smoothly. I own an old bungalow and was nervous about installing contacts on all my windows, but the work was so impeccable and the contacts were barely visible. Overall, I've been very pleased.

We just had a new security system installed by San Marino Security and it was a great experience. We spoke to Phil at San Marino Security because we see his signs all over our new neighborhood and because they do the security system at The Huntington Library. Phil came by and did a walk-through of our house, identifying risks. His on-the-spot proposal was 40% cheaper than his nearest competitor, also a local company. He can't be compared to the big guys like ADT (we were replacing an ADT system) because there's no contract and you own the system, which is a standard GE unit, not some proprietary box. The installation team was on-time and professional, taking care to keep the house clean and was friendly to our dog and small child. After the install, Phil came back personally and gave us a tutorial. We also are saving by paying for 12 months upfront on the monitoring, which includes 1 month free (even with no contract).



It's been a great experience overall and we're enjoying using the new system. We recommend San Marino Security for your security system needs.
