tried to call for avaiability, got a high quote, called back to verify, 1 nite rate,told me i had called 4 times allready,,crazy a*hole

If you are short on cash and need lodging for a week or maybe a month in the San Mateo area, it's hard to beat the Firestone Lodge. While it's a no frills type of hotel, it is clean and seems very safe. I think it would be impossible to beat what you get there for the price that they charge.
