The dentist was good but the front office staff was horrible. They will treat you like crap and consider you a nuisance if you have insurance they don't care for. There was no disclosure about possible charges for X-RAYS, and yes it is the patients responsibility to cover any charges not paid by the insurer, the staff should realize that the patient (customer) may incur charges. When confronted about the lack of disclosure or common courtesy, they said that I was essentially lucky that they accepted my insurance at all. The lady even had the nerve to tell me that she wasn't the one who gave me the X-RAYS!!! DUH. Plenty of good dentists around, don't waste your time here.
