I was a loyal customer for years until today. They even know who I am. Normally the asian man and another woman with longer hair are nice. But today, I dealt with the short haired asian woman and will not be going back. This was the third time they messed up on my pants measurement. This time I had enough and brought my pants to show them. I also brought another pair of pants they did the week before to show them the length difference. Not only did I get yelled at for being so picky, but I got told to go to another dry cleaner since I'm so picky. Tell me how am I so picky when I bring in a pair of pants and say that I want it shortened to this measurement? Is that really being picky? She then tells me all manufacturers having different ways of measuring- what does this even matter when I brought you both pants to shorten?! She then proceeds to tell me how my measuring tape at home is all wrong when I clearly showed her the difference between the two pants. She then backtracks and tells me the measuring tapes from upstairs are slightly off then downstairs- but since it's so minor, it doesn't count. WTF excuse is this?! So you tell me my measuring tape is off, when clearly yours is?? I will never go back to this place and I'm warning all friends and family to stay away from such a rude service. Instead of admitting you were wrong when I brought in proof and refunding me the $10, you lost all business and future business from everyone I know. You yell at me to go to another cleaner, so I will.
